"Salah satu hidden gem di Jakarta Timur. Tempatnya persis di samping jalan tol. Tidak sengaja pulang kantor lewat, dan pas diperhatikan ada mesin giling kopi. Robusta Gayo nya masih fresh, buat yang suka kopi hitam disini salah satu tempat yang rekomen untuk dinikmati. Pelayanannya juga sangat ramah dan benar-benar memberi informasi yang rinci tentang jenis kopi dan cara pembuatan agar kopinya terasa nikmat."

"Hidden gem coffee shop di jakarta timur! Sore itu, gak sengaja karena ingin menghindari macet di perapatan mabes cilangkap membawa saya melewati lurusan jalan perumahan premiere dan gak lama mata saya menangkap sesuatu yang unik! weh kok ada warkop dengan mesin roasting kopi di pinggir jalan kecil begini?? Sat set, saya langsung putar balik kendaraan dan langsung pesan kopi hitam tanpa gula! Kebetulan saya duduk di samping kiri dekat mesin kopi, jadi saya bisa mencium aroma khas biji kopi yang baru digiling, menari2 di hidung, membuat penasaran! Puncaknya adalah ketika mesin espresso-nya mulai mengeluarkan air kopinya.. wah.. semakin penasaran! Gak lama terhidanglah secangkir kopi hitam dengan full krema di atasnya! Uniknya kopinya semakin lama didiamkan semakin enak. Menurut saya sweet spot-nya setelah saya disitu sekitar 1 jam-an baru kerasa enak banget kopinya. Awal diseruput setelah di hidangankan terasa pahit, bold, sedikit asam, namun lamat lamat diujung pangkal lidah menyeruak manis tipis. khas kopi gayo asli! Tapi seiring waktu, pahitnya menipis, berganti menjadi nutty cenderung buttery dengan aroma rempah yang wangi! Good job untuk mas2 baristanya! Btw Coffee shop ini meroasting sendiri kopinya. jadi mesin roasting kopi yang saya ceritakan di awal itu beneran, bukan gimmick dan saya alhamdulilah dapet batch kopi fresh yang baru di roasting tadi pagi. Mantab! Next mau nyobain kopi sanger! jadi penasaran.."
